It was sent back to Jerry and he remailed it to my proper address. During the process I asked about another whistle, the key of C( my original order being an E natural) He said he had one and mailed that with the other gratis. Jerry thanks...and the whistles as always have been tweaked to a fine tonality that gives this player confidence and satisfaction

Other reviews have claimed that he has waited until a claim has been filed to ship the item. In my case, he cancelled my order before this came to pass. I first sent a friendly message asking when I should expect the whistle to be shipped but rudely received no reply (he often ignores buyers). I then sent a firmer message a few days later, was accused of bullying, and had my order cancelled + was blocked.
