Great for researching
I've been doing a lot of reading, and this is the perfect edition. Be aware that these are not all of the books that are considered extra books. This product came in good condition, aside from a small rip in the cover.

Every Chef Should have
This is a great book. It came in the best condition. It's been such a use when I want to look up a food item. It has nearly everything I could think of foodwise.
