When I realized I had highlighted most of the book I knew I needed it in book form.
There is a lot of helpful information in this book that will help me in my daily life.
My loved ones accept me fully but this book gave them even more clearer insight.
It's not a preachy book, not full of fluff. It's not a ' you need to be fixed and only I can help you ' book!
She is also a highly sensitive person and empath. She explains the difference between empathy and being an empath. I found her writing style to be caring.
This book did not change me, it helped me to better understand/get to know myself better.
I'm already highlighting passages and writing notes in the page margins.
