Excellent sound quality
The sound quality is as good as most of the high priced condenser microphones I have used professionally in video production. The AA battery lasts an extremely long time.

Great Camera
This camera is one of the best for getting great shots of still image and 1080p video. The 60X zoom is really nice. The image stabilization is top quality. The only negative is the lack of an external microphone and earphone jack, otherwise it would have great potential for pro video shooting.
