  I'm shocked by the poor condition of this cross and that it was shipped to me wrapped in garbage. It is so filthy, covered in crud and hair. I can't even fathom shipping anything so dirty to someone. Please do your buyers a favor in the future by cleaning your items first and not shipping them in scraps from your trash. God knows how long this is going to take me to clean to even be usable. I reached out to the seller, but they didn't respond.

  Boots are probably mis-designed. There is no way to get foot past the instep and seller likely knew this. Should have been returned to store and not sold on Ebay. That the seller refuses to consider a return likely supports my feelings. Bad interaction, unhelpful seller. Using Ebay buyer protection to cover my loss. I would never do business again with this seller and I warn other to consider the same.
