It's OK.
I don't know what all the hype is surrounding this game. It's OK at best but it's not really my cup of tea. The graphics are pretty good and there are some pretty cool things you can do in the game but the variety just isn't there and once you've done it, the excitement fades quickly. This game was designed for consoles and it really feels that way when you play it. Looking back, I feel it was a waste of 20 bucks.

Excellent Joystick
The moment you touch this stick you'll immediately you'll notice it's build quality. It's surprisingly heavy, comes with premium Sanwa parts inside, and the 360 version is fully PC compatible right out of the box with no additional tweaks required. The joystick itself uses a square gate so be prepared to spend a little extra to change that depending on your preference. The box it comes in really nice too and will help to keep your fight stick in pristine condition. I couldn't recommend this stick more. I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and look forward to using it for years to come.

Works
The games on these CD's are arcade dumps so they are subject to the same problems MAME has with emulating these games on your PC. The primary problem is video tearing. Overall it's nice to have the game in a retail package with the Capcom logo on it but honestly you'll get the exact same experience from MAME for free if you do some searching.
