Provides good variety of foods to cook in a pressure cooker--even small steamed cakes & sweet breads. Try the chocolate cake -- its so moist without adding pudding! Love the "Combo Meals" section, where you put veggies in foil packets atop the meat & cook everything at once--no extra pots to wash & everything comes out together! Each recipe has brief nutritional info too.
