It's a Lyman product...pretty simple
Since I have a Lyman Universal Case Trimmer, which the pilot is designed for, functions as expected, as do all Lyman products.

Works/fits very well and securly, as advertised, on my Savage 110E long action rifle.
User really needs to clean the receiver and the threaded mounting holes prior to mounting this rail mount. I don't use "lock tite" but a "anti galding paste/lube. The photo shows a "allen wrench" coming with the mount but what I received had a "bit" with it. I strongly recommend utilizing a T10 "allen wrench" to install, to acquire required torque values, vs the T10 "bit" that comes with it, unless you use a "FAT WRENCH" which has a much better grade bit...
