Useless
I seriously can't believe that ebay is requesting a review on this.
After ebay tried taking advantage of an 80 year parkinsons sufferer, I contacted their head office on several occasions to voice my complaint on the way they handled matters regarding this item. Not only did they blatantly refuse to deal with the issue, but were totally ignorant in how they deal with the elderly. I would ask all Elderly Ebay account holders to ensure that someone is observing your account as Ebay like to take advantage of elderly customers. The following occured|
(1) Item was not delivered
(2) Item was resent without authorisation from the customer
(3) Ebay was contacted and several complaints were made to management and their head office
(4) No attempt was made on Ebays behalf to resolve matters, rather the dumb asses making the big bucks in head office were only to happy to take advantage of an 80 year old regular customer rather than take necessary actions to accommodate her.
