It is helping restore my damaged skin from using a steroid lotion. Discolored and bruised skin is slowly returning to normal. This was recommended by my doctor.

Very comfy.
You get the boxer look with the support of a brief. Very comfortable. Keep in mind that the inseam is very short, much shorter than standard boxers.

Looks nice when new but does not last long before looking bad. The only show you pictures of the belt with the buckle closed. The buckle is a cheap design that has teeth that bite into the belt strap causing threads to be pulled out every time the buckle is opened. I threw mine out after 2 weeks of use.
