Maybe old ink?
The product seemed to be brand new, but maybe it was old because after changing out the cartridges, I then had to clean the nozzles and realign the heads no less than half a dozen times. That's a big waste of ink and time. My printer had worked fine prior to the change, other than being low on ink. Everything's working just fine now, thankfully.
