Calvin’s commentaries are foundational
A must for the library. A compelling read, a great addition to anyone’s study of God’s word no matter what other scholarly work they are using. Will remain a timeless reference for the rest of one’s life.

Suhr Custom Modern
This is my fourth Suhr and 2nd Custom Modern. This roasted 5A Birdseye with burl maple oceanside burst is an amazingly beautiful instrument and the pictures do not do it justice. It plays absolutely like butter. The action is set up low from Distinctive Guitar and plays perfectly smoothly. There are no dead notes or bad buzz. Bending is like gliding on stainless steel frets. The 5 way blade splits the coils with all usable tones from piercing leads to soulful rhythms. The neck feels great like sliding up and down satin sheets. Fingers move great across the fretboard for legato runs and also lets you dig in deep for aggressive bends and vibrato. Tremolo bridge is strong and takes a beating. This is a beautiful, versatile instrument- a true player's instrument.
