The player is excellent Unfortunately the seller did not describe the product well by omitting the presence of the remote control. I got in touch with him and he replied that you can't see it in the photo so it's not there. It is not a correct description because it must also be written and then on the photo you can also see the catalog which includes the remote control and therefore it can be interpreted. Anyway, great product and I'm keeping it.

Sorry, but the discribtion nor the pictures says that the auction includes a remote. Next time you should ask before bidding.
