Iodine is essential, but few people know how much they need and how to get it. Read this book.
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich I own 2 copies of this book, one for personal reference and one to loan out. While on a trip visiting some friends, I bought them a copy because they needed more information about the reality of the iodine crisis (worldwide) and because of their thyroid problems. Most people know NOTHING about iodine because the medical system does not provide accurate information about it. Iodine deficiency in a pregnant mother can cause a lower IQ in her baby. Iodine is required for every gland in our bodies, male & female. Yet we are told to use less salt when that is the only (poor) source of iodine in most people's diets.
This is a must read and a must own book. It is an easy read and very revealing.
I have family members who have read my loaner book and are now using real iodine supplementation every day. Women, especially need more iodine than men because they have larger glands. But we all need more iodine, and to obtain real helpful amounts of it, we must search for it, not just "eat a healthy diet." If you want your body to be more able to thrive, and not just survive, read this book.
