Cover in good shape, great photos of complete recipes, definitions, conversions, etc.
I used to subscribe to Cooking Light magazine years ago, glad to see this book come out with tons of gluten free recipes. Also gave me ideas on how I can convert recipes I already have to gluten free versions.

Small, concise and the cover and pages are in excellent shape.
Great historical view on Elvis and his family dinners, menus and when he would entertain. He loved old school Southern cooking, glad to see his favorites put on paper.
