  The desk pad is stunning in person and even better than as described. Packaging was perfect and it shipped in a timely manner. It looks great on my desk and was a fantastic value. Seller was great!

  One of the two items arrived damaged, but the seller offered to refund a portion of selling price. I don’t know if the damage occurred during shipping or not, I’ll never know. My daughter was able to repair it. So no partial refund was needed.

  The shoes came completely apart after one wear! Tried to return but seller insisted they were worn very little and the pictures of the shoes show they were worn way more than he claimed! It’s not worth listening to his weak excuses for an absolutely inaccurate description of these very worn out shoes for $29.00! It’s the principle of the situation that bothered me most. Also being lied to.

  I disagree with buyer's claim that the pictures show well-worn shoes, but if that is buyer's opinion, I wonder why then buyer would have gone ahead and bought them. The fact of the matter is that pictures show the shoes as listed, bought and received. What happened after that in uncertain circumstances is certainly unfortunate but is something I cannot be held responsible and insulted for.
