Great price. A pity that shipping is so expensive.
My central locking had stopped working reliably from the driver's door. Despite the fact that the "new" lock appeared to be in worse condition than the old one (surface rust and needed oil), after I fitted it the central locking was restored to normal function. Even with the high cost of shipping, this second hand lock was much cheaper than a new one - assuming I could have found one.

Great batteries so far
I have been using these batteries for several months and they have held up well. I used them to replace the batteries in the battery pack for my internet radio. The original pack contained 12 NiMH batteries, but was not holding much charge after about a year of use. The resurrected pack with these batteries holds much more charge - enough to last me through the day - than the original pack, even when it was new.

Great product at acceptable price
I finally got around to installing this in my solar water heating system the day before yesterday, even though I received it some months ago. Previously I was using a simple temperature switch to open a valve and start a pump to circulate water from the panel to my tank when the water in the panel reached 65*C. (Originally I had a passive system with a tank on the roof, but the tank started leaking after little more than two years, so I decided to turn it into an active system using a small pump and my existing electric heater tank.) I felt that starting pumping when the panel was raising the temperature of the water above that in the tank would be more efficient in the winter. I am not sure yet whether the modified system works better, but the differential switch is working exactly as I hoped. I was even able to use the sensor I had installed for the previous switch by re-calibrating the device to give the correct temperature with this slightly different sensor. The instructions that came with the device were not difficult to follow.
