Thanks to the bubble wrap
The package box arrived smashed broken. The item was wrapped in a strong and big bubbles, bubble wrap material. Carefully unwrapped the item and seemed undamaged. The only way to know for sure was by installing it an test it operational. Once installed the dishwasher control console performed as expected. It's been three cycles of use and still performing ok. Further inspection of the packaging box failure shows it lacked enough tapping of the carton seams, and a very low quality tape was used.
