Demon Seed
The movie made an impression on me when I saw it at the theater. Today's fiction many times becomes tomorrow's facts and this movie could be the one. I really wanted to see a sequel but none was ever made. This movie makes you think about what could be in the future. Watch out what you wish for! Come on Hollywood, let's get going and make more like this one. Julie Christie was just great too.

Pleasantly Surprised
I was very surprised at the recipes because I didn't know that you could sous vide so many types of foods besides meat. The book is very enjoyable to look at read the recipes. It gives you many great recipes for the holidays and you will enjoy them through out the year too..

Not For Me
I bought this book because of all the high ratings. It is not for beginners and the recipes are quite complicated. Most of the recipes have ingredients that I never would eat and might be hard to acquire. It is a beautiful book with wonderful pictures of finished dishes, but you probably wouldn't make them. A professional cook would like this book but not an every day person who just makes food for their family.
