I Am Unimpressed
I saw videos which made it seem that fat grips would be a great way to improve grip strength. Fat grips may help a little, but not much for me.

A Useful Introduction To Kettlebell Training
I am previously unfamiliar with kettlebell training, and I enjoyed the author's emphasis on proper technique. He says don't think of kettlebell workouts; think of practicing kettlebell technique.
