Overall - Great Headset

Pros:
Quality built
Great Sound, with good software
Good battery life (wireless)
Good microphone design, and clarity
Good Wireless range - 20' - 30'
Cons:
Ear cups to small on my large head. My ears are about 3" top to bottom, and I wear glasses on top of it. Ear cups either rest on the top of bottom edge of my ear, and press my ear into glasses frame. 30 - 45 minutes, and my head/ears hurt. Good headset rest totally on the top, with ear cup pads resting on your head, and not touch your ear!
