Easy to use and follow
This item is really good for people who are looking to get a good work out with minimal to no high impact on joints and still be able to get good results. This item is detailed very easy to follow workout instructions and meal plan to achieve good results. You are still able to see results even with no high impact on joints and still feel the soreness of your muscles while increasing your flexibility and strength. I do not have any negative comments for this item it is every bit as good as advertised. Thanks.

Convenient package and easy to cut to size.
I like it because it performs great on my air purifier and you can tell that the air is cleaner in my room. It comes in an easy package and is convenient to cut it to the size needed to fit in the air purifier. Overall, the excellent product will recommend to others.
