  I got this fountain for my daughter at a Cracker Barrel store. It was the last, a display model. It was dried & packed up for me, and I wrapped it as it was for a gift. When she opened it months later, no pump! They didn't pack it & I didn't know. So seeing it on ebay was great! It was new in the box as described & I shipped it directly to her. I wished the shipping had been a little less, but she loves it, so there you go. Thanks to seller!

  The seller made a mistake and was willing to fix it. They didn't make excuses and didn't drag their feet about fixing the problem. In the end the box came slightly bent, but the horses within the box came in perfect condition. Apart from the smoky smell of the packing, this seller is a good one.
