OK BUT
2 von 4 finden das hilfreich As it turned out my X1 box is not compatible with Voice Control. If your box did not come with a VC remote then it is useless. I contacted Comcast and they told me the reason, they would send me a new box for $15.00 but not knowing if I could set it up myself it would cost me $70.00 to have someone come to my house and hook it up. I opted out as I do not watch TV that often so my new remote is in a drawer sitting there to never be used. No bad issues with the product just a heads up to anyone else considering buying one. Comcast may give me a refund for the cost of the remote as there was no mention of my box not having the compatibility for it's use.
