  So far the keyboard works great! I am typing this review with it. Shipping was super fast, packaging could have been better but my item wasn’t damaged. Great price and item was as described.

  Package was damaged upon arrival and was not packed very securely, and would not work when we first plugged it in, upon contacting the seller he walked us through how to reconnect some parts inside that came disconnected from the shipping and then the megatouch worked as shown, seller communicated quickly and helped resolve the shipping issue, ups was just not careful with the package and it was not boxed very well to handle the travel

  Bought merit mega force. Seller had excellent communication. On arrival of machine it did not work. Seller assisted buyer to get in working condition but as it turned out UPS had damaged during the shipping process. Seller provided label to return. Was grateful he accepted the return. Seller has excellent communication and product was received in timely fashion

  I'm starting a return and filing a claim with UPS. I can't help that this machine arrived damaged. I'm trying to help her out and all she can do is leave a negative feedback?!
