    This seller knows how to properly pack heavy items. This sewing machine arrived intact and undamaged. The condition is as described. I bought this to replace another machine I bought earlier that arrived damaged because of poor packing. I expressed my packing concerns to the seller and was happy with the reply and results. This particular carrier that was used is notorious for badly handling packages.

I’d rate higher but upon opening the box and removing spools most all of them fell apart making string go everywhere and get messy. String looked old
