  Seller charged an excess amount for shipping and double listed an item. Thought I was getting two items and they were only going to refund me when the one card arrived. Shipping took a very long time.

  Charged 1.25 to ship. Told me he used PWE and plain ole stamp w NO tracking! When I asked him for tracking, he told me "You didnt pay for tracking". Excuse Me? A stamp costs, 73 cents, right? Ship cost is to be actual cost per eBay rules, thats it. He doesnt understand that tracking is in his best interest and protects himself as well. Use eBays PWE service which includes tracking next time and lose your ignorance. Buyers want tracking always. Tracking is a MUST. Get w the program.
