Complete country guitar book by Fred Sokolow

Fred Sokolow does a good job teaching various songs. The book published by Mel Bay, is supposed to have a CD included but it was not there. This is a library type book so I guess this is to be expected. The song choices are great so I would recommend buying this if a CD was included.
