  Seller provided a Evri tracking number but sent the item with Royal Mail. The mistake was never rectified or mentioned hence causing a lot of unnecessary confusion. Please make sure to provide the correct tracking information. Or at least mention it when a mistake was made. We are all human. That being said, the item arrived today and is as described.

  The buyer WAS informed of the mistake which was made by the P/Offfice and not myself. I spent 3 whole days trying to sort out the problem, & many calls to both P Office & Evri, during which time the buyer had received the item, but failed to inform me.I only found out when I once again contacted her, to update her on the situation. I did everything possible to help & assist, but it seems it was not enough for this buyer, and for that, I am truly sorry.I will use a different P Office in future.
