High quality Lecithin
Solgar products are invariably of high quality. Their Lecithin is no exception. It tastes pure and the contents of the capsules can be eaten easily should you be eating Lecithin as a 'normaliser' of rich food.

Good quality product
Good quality product as always with Solgar, however, the size of the capsule means it is difficult to swallow so I have resorted to snipping it in half. Wish Solgar would produce this special supplement in a smaller capsule. Be warned.

Laundry smells great !
It really does kill off any lingering bacteria on towels, etc and leaves laundry smelling great. This Lavender fragrance is very special and suitable for all genders and ages.
