FRONT Drilled Slotted Brake Rotors & Ceramic Pads Malibu Cobalt G6 ION

Does not work for HHR brake upgrade

I purchased these (and the appropriate caliper brackets) to upgrade my mother's HHR brakes to non Brembo SS brakes. The hub of these rotors is machined thinner than the standard rotors from the parts stores. I purchased rotors from the parts store and compared them. The thinner hub moves the rotor farther inward and causes it to rub on the inside of the caliper bracket. Parts store rotors do not rub. I shopped everywhere for some kind of hub spacer to put behind the rotor but could not find anything. I did not want to use washers. I ended up returning the rotors. Photos show the difference in clearance from the stock rotor and these new rotors. They are good rotors but they just don't work in this application like they should. I have this brand rotor on a few cars with no problems.

Have to change wiring

I bought these to upgrade to LED lights. They have the same connector as my current lights. Plug and play right? Wrong. The wiring has to be changed. I plugged them in and the brighter LEDs turn on with the tail lights and the dim LEDs turn on with the stop lights. Had to rewire to use them.
