  Shipping was fast, appreciate the speed. Packaging could have been better. The figures were wrapped in bubble wrap which was great except two of the arms came off just because of that. Product as described tho, figures look fantastic and will again after I fix the arms. Great value.

  Oh, no! I am sorry to hear the packing failed to properly protect the minis in shipping, but glad you are happy with the painting. Rest assured, I will take more care, engineer a better packing solution for all future delicate painted miniatures.
