Ordered two, one was ok

On one, the mic is not easily heard by others and is missing the clip. The other works but was well used. The 3.5mm ear piece port is on the attachment to the radio. I was expecting the jack on the mic. I read the description again and it's correct. Just a bummer. These are a good value 50% of the time for me. Take that for what it's worth.
