  Seller does NOT accept returns... Porcelain item arrived broken (in pieces), due to poor packaging and handling. Only "one side" of box was marked fragile and item was wrapped in paper. Item should have been double boxed, in bubble wrap, with more visible "fragile" stickers (not dark marker).

  This was an EXTRA platter, I already had one. When you sell something, State you'll SHIP it...Then "do it!" Unfortunately, "I" had to let the seller know if she didn't ship it "by the END of the NEXT day, I was canceling my order." Seller obviously didn't want to lose the miniscule $15 sale, platter was mailed next day! Horrible experience--I hope seller learned from this. HOW would YOU feel waiting, and waiting?! ALWAYS put yourself in the other person's place.
