FM, removable battery, small form factor. Amazing!
The ability to operate the phone in one hand is fantastic. In a world where phones are aspiring to be size of shoe boxes, this is a great relief. Also, having a removable battery really goes a long way to adding to the value of the product. Lastly, it seems that most are unaware that phones have an FM receiver built into the device which can be used to listen to FM radio without expending data. This is the first device that allows listening to FM radio stations without using allotted data quotas.

Simple to use. Works as advertised.
The product was fairly intuitive to use. It is a box with a clam-shell opening that includes a recess where the battery is cradled while charging. It includes an indicator light while charging, that is red while charging, and turns green when charging is complete.
