Works.

I bought this for my 16 year old dog who circles and whines at night. When it gets really bad and she can't settle, I use some of this diluted on her paws and hold them until it dries. That's when she finally settles down and goes to sleep. So far no negative side effects like with the Calming supplement I used on her which contained too much magnesium and gave her the runs after the first day.

Best Workout for Time or Money

I have bought 3 copies of this workout after seeing the promo for it on Rehab Your Body at Home, and my Compilation #1 of Urban fitness. Bought one for my husband, one for myself, and one for a friend. As the title says, this DVD makes fitness easy and fast. I had been working out and lifting weights for six months to other DVDs before I got this one without seeing much improvement. However, it wasn't long until I began to see some definition in both my arms and abs--the two areas I had been concentrating on. Now I am abs and arms proud. What a difference these simple isometric exercises have made to my overall fitness. Couldn't wish for anything better.
