If you need it - go for it
I made a huuuge mistake by confusing effaclar duo with duo+ and using it as usual. The cream didn't work for my skin at all, in fact, irritated my skin a lot, but again - it was me who made a mistake and applied it twice a day for a few days. I will try it later though when my skin comes back to normal.
