interesting ideas
I like the meditations, the idea that the light of your heart can be the light of the universe. He uses crystal bowls and Hindu chants. Some of his bowls are made of crystal and gold and others are crystal and platinum with the idea that you're really getting some high vibrations through listening to this. His voice is hard to get used to. He sounds like a toughlove parent speaking through a megaphone, insisting you always see his point. But that's the price of hearing what he has to say and I think it's worth it.

smart music
the premise of this cd is that through the music the brain waves of smart creative people are somehow being transferred to you. the music evokes smoothed out sounds of noisy plumbing and if i pay too close attention i have a sense of being in the shower. let it go into the background and listen in the dark with eyes closed. there might be something to this although hard to quantify the increase in IQ.
