Versatile, tough, accurate
The built in automatic antenna tuner finds a 1.5:1 SWR match much faster than for example the LDG Pro II. The tuner is also quiet, no clattering relays as in the Pro II. I am a CW op and I like the option of switching between a 'bug' and 'automatic' keyer as well as setting CW dot to dash ratios. Of course the waterfall display is awesome. Too many other features to describe here. Also this rig is extremely tough, I've operated the 7600 during field day, making hundreds of contacts, you can pound all day on this rig and it won't deviate from specs.

Worked perfectly in my 1989 Jeep. The rubber gasket was a bit too thick and would not allow the the lock ring to properly engage with the flange on the tank. I re-used the original thinner gasket. Otherwise, the pump is working fine.
