  A positive experience because the item came at a reasonable price given its condition & it serves my intended purpose of pleasing a child with the same name as the name shown on the building. However i was disappointed because the description made no mention of the broken and missing parts, & the photos provided did not highlight the defects, indeed one broken piece was not discernible since no photo of that face if the building was provided.
