Restores noise rejection to like new.
The ear pads fit perfectly. My old ones had deteriorated over time and the noise rejection had followed suit. I'd forgotten how effective the Bose ANR really is. I haven't tried knockoffs but why mess with perfection?

Top quality grip with beautiful wood. Greatly improves control.
Prevents middle finger thump from the trigger guard when firing. The wood is beautiful and the extended length allows better grip control particularly from the little finger.

Fitment sucks.
The quality of the switch is not up to par with the original and it takes a lot of filing and fiddling around to get it to fit properly. Why didn't they make it to fit in the first place? The price is good.
