Good sized but has some flaws
I picked this up in anticipation of using it for a DnD playgroup i am currently in. The mat came with some instructions and a sample piece so i wouldn't have to test on the main play mat. This helped in finding out what markers did and didn't work, However what i didn't find out until too late is how the correct markers can still also stain the play mat. It was also not good for leaving any marking for a about an hour. After that time the markings dried out and would be almost impossible to clean off. I would not recommend this play mat for anybody looking for an easy to clean surface unless otherwise modifying it. Still probably a good product to get if you just need tiled floors for movement.

Perfect second set to terrorise my heroes with
One of the dice has a small smudge on it but nothing that messes up the face. All of the dice roll perfectly and give nice randomised results for intense combat
