  I purchased 5 OBO Auctions from this seller. I requested combined shipping with partial refund of cost. Seller stated they werent sure how to do this. I responded with what previous sellers had done. Seller responded they "just received an email from ebay saying theyre going to have to pay taxes this year due to selling >$600 in cards and therefor wasn't going to refund any shipping." when I asked how that was fair if they were going to ship together. seller never responded. Sent all 5 together.
