Best Earplugs For Small Ear Canals
I have 4 other types of ear plugs that don't work for me. These are the only ones that stay in my small ear canals. I use them for sleep, not for swimming. They work great!

The Despair of the Forgotten Working Class in America
Outstanding book about the needless decline of the working class in America. While other, industrialized nations have stemmed the decline, the U.S. has not. Includes heartbreaking stories of the residents of Yamhill, Oregon and other impoverished locations in the U.S., outlining their plight and subsequent deaths of despair from alcohol, drugs, poor medical care, accidents and criminal activities. The story of Clayton Green in particular made me cry. Also includes many suggestions in the Appendix on how we as individuals, can make a difference. I have not been able to stop thinking about it for the last few days and am planning to do my part, now matter how small. I Highly Recommend this Book.
