3 von 4 finden das hilfreich These CD's are kind of expensive, but well worth it if you really need to get some peace in your life. I've been listening to one CD all day long, and then change it every day of the week. I listen to the first one (open door) on Sunday, and the last one on Saturday (slowly increase from the lowest hertz to the highest hertz as we progress through the week). It really helps me a lot, not a mistake purchase at all. Put the CD on repeat. I never get tired of it and it's hard to turn it off.

These pens are great. Fine tip. Just wash the ink out with water. Don't know if it comes out completely with just air, but it comes out when you wash it in water.
