Cordless Drill Driver

These new battery operated drills and drivers are great to use and have really good battery life. My only complaint is that it is difficult to remove the battery. The plastic locks that hold the battery in are a bit oversized and hard to depress far enough to easily release the battery. I have three of these tools and have modified the lock tabs to improve battery release.

cooling fan

This fan replaced a similar one on my RV that quit working. The fan works fine but I would have preferred larger wiring like what is provide in the RV. It is probably fine as is but it just seemed like a heavier wire would be better. I did soder the connections to make sure they were sound.

Smoke detector

The smoke detector was easy to install and works fine. Unit came with a backup battery but is also powered by AC.
