Excellent healing book for families and soldiers return
I like this book because it explains what will happen to the soldier and his family when they return, simple and easy to read. Like when the war ends how hard it is to not have that rush of being in combat. This is a true story written from a soldier that knows first hand what coming home does to us. It also give's understand to the family on how to create new ways to deal with the changes, grief and lost are part of the process of the recovery. It talks about PTSD and what resources are available in Washington State and others. Thank you for writing such a needed book at this time of our society. This has been the longest war ever.
