pros and cons
It is good to review all different star reviews to see pros and cons. For my purposes it is a good purchase: can access quickly, not a burden to carry, focuses well to the distance.

10 minute solution: Pilates (DVD, 2004)
The dvd moves along quickly. it is easy to get from one program segment to the next. Gets right to it without having to listen to a lengthy intro. each 10 minute section gives the stretches/movements. Good well rounded workout.

Racewalking! Fun?
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Basically, you have to be enthusiastic about your hobbies or activities. The book is for youngsters. It is very enthusiastic and promotes activity. It is hard at times to communicate at the child's level in a genuine manner, but this book appears to do it. I do not work with children but do enjoy racewalking. The art work is simplistic which adds to the flavor of the book. I bought the book to see what those who do work with kids could use as encouraging tools.
