Building and bridge were in pieces by the time I received the items. There were sever areas that were broken and chipped and crumbling. Tried to repair but most likely will have to replace. Very disappointed.

I think the Dept 56 buildings with the 3D views are the best. So life like that you think they are real. Very cute item.

Comfortable chair for your desk work.

For the money it is a terrific chair. Not easy, not hard to put together. Although two screws did not meet the chair bottom
