"Makes moving weights easy"
Although I haven't used these exact ones, I've used the same model in the past. They are of good quality and a good value. I recommend them highly.

Texas split ring pliers are the best for me because of their design.
Of all the split ring pliers on the market, these are easily in the top three brands. I have 3 pair and they work better than most because of the positioning of the forcing piece on the extended lower jaw. Works every time and I've never shot a split ring across the room when the ring came off the kind with the forcing piece right at the end of the lower jaw. These hold the ring open as long as you hold the handles together when you're trying to get a split ring on a small or difficult bait.
